Personal data of the applicant is collected, and will be used by Hong Kong Investment Corporation Limited (the "Company"),
for the purpose of assessing the applicant's suitability for employment with the Company in the position for which
the applicant has applied, determining the applicable remuneration and benefits package and making offers of employment
to selected applicant. Your application will not be considered if you fail to provide all the information as requested
or it is not clear from your statements that you have the minimum qualifications, training, experience or other requirements
specified for the job.

The personal data you provide by means of this form and / or in connection with your application may be disclosed
and / or passed to:

persons assisting the Company in its recruitment, human resources management and related processes;

all government departments and other organizations, agencies, or related entities authorised to process the information for purposes relating
to recruitment or employment e.g. employer reference and integrity checking; and

the Company's insurers and/or mandatory provident fund scheme managers / trustees and / or bankers.

It is the policy of the Company to retain the personal data of unsuccessful applicants for future recruitment purpose of the Company for a maximum of two years from,
where such an applicant attended an interview in relation to the position to which this application relates, the date of such interview or, where such an applicant
did not attend any such interview, the date on which such an applicant submitted the application and to retain personal data of successful applicants in accordance
with the personal data retention policy of staff of the Company in force from time to time. If you do not wish for your personal data to be used for subsequent recruitment exercises
